- Prep: Set iron to medium-high (150–170°C / 300–340°F), no steam, hard heat-safe surface.
- Position: Place patch; cover with thin cotton cloth or parchment.
- Press: Firm, even pressure for 15–20 seconds; do not slide.
- Flip & Seal: Turn inside out and press behind the patch for 10–15 seconds.
- Cool: Let cool 1–2 minutes; re-press edges if needed.
✅ Best Results
- Best on cotton/cotton-blend fabrics
- For denim, canvas & backpacks: add 5–10 seconds if needed
- Leather: avoid direct heat; stitch on (recommended)

After ironing, stitch around the edge for maximum durability—especially on leather or frequently worn items.
