A: As soon as you put through an order via our website, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you've provided. This is to confirm that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method, ready for your purchase.
Q: I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
A: If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into:
Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder
There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout
Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through.
Q: What happens after I receive my order confirmation?
A: We check our warehouse or with our suppliers to make sure that your item(s) are available and dispatched as soon as possible. If your item(s) are available for shipping, we'll process the charges and prepare to ship your order.
If your item(s) are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will reach out to you via email or telephone to offer you an alternative. when you decide not to go ahead with any of the alternatives we've offered, we will remove the pre-authorization from your payment method.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: After processing your payment, we process your order between 24-72 hours. Our shipping fulfillment team processes, packs and ships your item within that time. Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?
A: Yes. Sure, If the product is damaged or doesn’t work as described, just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product and you will get 100% Money back.

Q: I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
A: If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@broochiton.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

A: Usually within 48 hours of processing your order but it can vary depending on factors such as the availability of the product, if your order is made to order, or the quantity you require.

A: Usually within 7-15 business days excluding holidays, but it could be earlier with our fast shipment. The shipping time to countries other than the United States and Canada the shipping time may be slightly higher between 10-20 days.
