🧯 How to Apply (Iron-On)

  1. Prep: Medium-high (150–170°C / 300–340°F), no steam, hard heat-safe surface.
  2. Position: Place patch; cover with thin cotton cloth or parchment.
  3. Press: Firm, even pressure for 20–25 seconds; don’t slide.
  4. Flip & Seal: Inside out, press behind the patch for 15–20 seconds.
  5. Cool: Let cool 1–2 minutes; re-press edges if needed.

✅ Best Results

  • Best on cotton/cotton-blend, denim, canvas
  • Leather: avoid direct heat; stitch on (recommended)

Material Compatibility: Compatible with cotton, cotton-blend, denim and canvas. Not compatible with leather, faux leather, vinyl, or heat-sensitive coatings. When in doubt, do not use heat—sew on instead.

🪡 Sew-On Option (Recommended for Heavy Use)

After ironing on suitable fabrics, stitch around the edge for maximum durability—especially on frequently worn pieces.

🧥 Leather Jackets — Safest Way to Attach AT YOUR OWN RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY

Best practice: Treat leather as non-ironable. Heat can mark or warp finishes, and iron-on glue won’t bond well. For leather, use the sew-on method (with optional leather adhesive only to position).

✅ Sew-On Method (Recommended)

  1. Position: Hold the patch with low-tack tape or a thin smear of leather-safe contact adhesive (optional) to prevent shifting.
  2. Stitch: Use a leather needle (90/14–100/16) and strong polyester thread. Stitch around the edge; a longer stitch length helps prevent perforation.
  3. Finish: Press gently with your hand to set; avoid high heat. Optionally top-stitch a second pass for extra durability.

⚠️ If You Still Want to Use Heat (Not Recommended)

  1. Test first on an inconspicuous spot.
  2. Set iron to low (≈110–120°C / 230–250°F), no steam.
  3. Cover with a thick cotton cloth; press in short bursts (5–8 sec), do not slide. Let cool; repeat if needed.
  4. Always finish with perimeter stitching — the glue alone will not hold on leather.

Important: Some leather finishes can darken, bubble, or become glossy under heat. When in doubt, skip heat and sew.

  • Wait 24 hours before washing
  • Wash cold, inside out; hang dry
  • Avoid bleach & high dryer heat
