📦 Shipping Information

We proudly ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

  • Domestic Shipping (UAE): 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

Please note that unexpected customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at support@broochiton.com with your order number and reason for return.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
