- Prep: Set iron to medium-high (150–170°C / 300–340°F), no steam. Place item on a hard, heat-safe surface.
- Position: Place the patch where you want it. Cover with a thin cotton cloth or parchment paper.
- Press: Hold iron down with firm, even pressure for 15–20 seconds. Don’t slide the iron.
- Flip & Seal: Turn the garment inside out and press again for 10–15 seconds behind the patch.
- Cool: Let it cool 1–2 minutes. Check edges; if they lift, press again.

- Works best on cotton/cotton-blend fabrics.
- For denim, canvas, backpacks: add 5–10 seconds if needed.
- For delicate/heat-sensitive fabrics (nylon, leather, raincoats): sew on instead of ironing.
