Production begins only after payment and your written approval of the final proof.
Send your artwork, required quantity, size, backing and other specifications before making payment. We will review your request and provide a quotation.
After you approve the quotation, we will send you a secure Shopify invoice or payment link.
Request a QuoteTurn your logo, artwork or original idea into professionally made embroidered patches. Quantities from 1 to 100+ pieces are available.
For another quantity, larger size or special requirements, use the Request a Quote option above.
Accepted formats include PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG. Larger patches, complex artwork, multiple designs, special materials or extensive revisions may require a revised quotation. No additional charge will be applied without your approval.
You must own the submitted artwork or have permission to reproduce it.
If we cannot manufacture your design and no suitable alternative is agreed upon, your order will be refunded.
Shipping: Free shipping on all orders.
Processing time: 3–5 business days.
Shipping time: 10–20 business days, though many orders arrive sooner.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible non-personalized items.
Personalized items: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
