- Prep: Medium-high (150–170°C / 300–340°F), no steam, hard heat-safe surface.
- Position: Place letter; cover with thin cotton cloth or parchment.
- Press: Firm, even pressure for 15–20 seconds; don’t slide.
- Flip & Seal: Inside out, press behind the patch for 10–15 seconds.
- Cool: Let cool 1–2 minutes; re-press edges if needed.
✅ Best Results
- Best on cotton/cotton-blend fabrics
- For denim, canvas & backpacks: add 5–10 seconds if needed
- For nylon, leather & raincoats: sew on instead of ironing
🪡 Sew-On Option (Recommended for Heavy Use)
Stitch around the edge after ironing for extra durability—especially on items washed frequently or exposed to friction.

- Wait 24 hours before washing
- Wash cold, inside out; hang dry
- Avoid bleach & high dryer heat
